3/28/20 1:38 am- After investigating a domestic dispute in Friendship, State Police arrested Jennifer J. Webster, 38, of Belmont. She was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and preventing an emergency call. She was released on a court appearance ticket.
3/27/20- State Police investigated a reported kidnapping and missing child complaint from the Town of Almond. Police did not provide additional details. Police radio reports at the time said a 14-year-old female was involved and was later located.
