Cuba Police Chief: "There is NO mandatory curfew" - you won't be arrested for taking a walk

Cuba Police Chief Dustin Burch posted a video on the departments Facebook page "to put peoples minds at ease." He said the department has been receiving several phone calls and emails recently regarding COVID-19.
Question: Can we go outside?
Chief: Yes, you can go outside. If at all possible, limit outside activities to as few people as possible and keep six feet apart.
Question: What can I do to help?
Chief: The best thing you can do is remain indoors and practice social distancing.
Question: Is there a mandatory curfew?
Chef: No, there is no mandatory curfew at this time. I do recommend staying home, but, if you venture outside, you will not be arrested.
The video has been posted on the Cuba Police Department Facebook page.
