The stress and loneliness associated with social distancing is real, and we would like to encourage everyone to take just five minutes out of each day to call, text, Facetime, or skype with a friend, loved one, or acquaintance who may be alone during this period of social distancing to let them know that they are remembered and thought of during this time. If needed, please call the COVID-19 Emotional Support Hotline at 1-844-863-9314 for mental health counseling.
