Wellsville Police arrested Stephen W. Hamer, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in the Village of Wellsville. Hamer was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Hamer is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd at 4:30 p.m.

Belmont, charging him with DWI. The
charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street in the
Village of Wellsville. Blauvelt was

Wellsville Police arrested Aaron P. Jeffords, age 44 of
Belmont, charging him with DWI (Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st
(Felony), Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Unlawfully fleeing a Police
Officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, Operating without Insurance, Unregistered ATV,
Moved from lane unsafely, Speed not reasonable & prudent, two counts of
Improper/No signal (Right Turn), Unlawful Operation on Highway (ATV) and
Unauthorized lights/Improper color. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on Park Avenue in the
Village. Jeffords was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Jeffords is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on March 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
