Angelica man charged with Forcible Touching

Roger L. Cobin, 30, of Angelica, NY, was arrested and charged by Livingston County Deputies with Forcible Touching. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Cobin was released on his own recognizance to respond to charges in Portage Town Court on a later date.
