11/24/19 6:40pm- A Wellsville woman faces multiple counts after she was stopped on I-86 in Friendship. State Police arrested 44-year-old Tracy M. Donnelly. She was charged with first-degree operating while impaired by drugs, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and moving from a lane unsafely. Donnelly was released to a third party.
