On November 25, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Aimee D.
McNeill, 29, of Andover for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood
Circulation and harassment with physical contact. Troopers investigating a reported assault on West Center Street in
the village of Andover determined McNeill had allegedly attacked another party
and attempted to obstruct their breathing. She was released with an appearance
ticket for Andover Village Court, where she is due to appear in December.
