Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Joel H. Grabow, age 30 of Bolivar, for
failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous AUO 3rd and other
Vehicle and Traffic charges. Grabow was
located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department in Bolivar and transported
to Wellsville. He was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Grabow was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police charged Billie L. McMurty, age 60 of
Shortsville, NY, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified
misdemeanor), for driving with a Suspended driver’s license, Speed in Zone and
Inadequate or no stop lamps. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on North Broad Street in the Village of
Wellsville. McMurty was issued traffic
citations and released. He is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 26th at 4:30 p.m.
