Livingston County Sheriff's Blotter

Joseph D. Rankin, 35, Atlanta, NY, was charged September 27, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and a vehicle lighting violation.  Rankin was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Eric E. Derleth, 30, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and Failure to Keep Right on September 28. Derleth was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Sparta Town Court on a later date. 

Jonathan H. King, 61, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd Degree and Speeding on September 28.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, King was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  King will reply to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Kristen L. Farnum, 47, Lakeville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree on September 29, and following LC-CAP arraignment was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Farmum will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Gordon L. Cassidy, 47, Canaseraga, NY, was arrested September 26, charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1^st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment Cassidy was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail.  Cassidy will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Sean G. Maracle, 47, Lima, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2^nd Degree and Petit Larceny on September 29.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Maracle was released on his own recognizance to satisfy charges in Lima Village Court on a later date. 

Vincent P. Wozlonis, 40, Nunda, NY, was arrested October 1, charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Wozlonis was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date. 

Lois L. Mark, 56, Prattsburgh, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1^st Degree on September 29. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Mark was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail.  Mark will address charges in Ossian Town Court on a later date. 

Nicholas L. Kitrinos, 27, Spencerport, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree on September 27.  Following LC-CAP arraignment Kitrinos was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.  Kitrinos will reply to charges in Livingston County Court on a later date. 

Joseph G. Gagne, 29, Dalton, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd Degree on October 2.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Gagne was released on his own recognizance to respond to charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date. 

Paul J. Weaver, 31, Geneseo, NY, was arrested October 2, charged with Criminal Contempt 1^st Degree, Harassment 2^nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Weaver was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date. 

Patrick A. Gaiek, 31, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument and Speeding on September 28.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Gaiek was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Gaiek will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jamie L. Fusco, 42, Conesus, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test and Driving Across Hazardous Markings on September 27.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Fusco was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Fusco will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

 

Anthony B. Bertini, 26, Conesus, NY, was arrested September 25, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Bertini was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Bertini will answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

 

Shawn M. Blaney, 35, Elmira, NY, was charged September 28, with Promoting Possession of Prison Contraband 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Blaney was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Ashley S. Bogardus, 36, Caledonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol and Failure to Keep Right on October 2.  Bogardus was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.
