Wellsville man unhurt in Potter County vehicle crash

A Wellsville man was unhurt September 6th when the pickup he was driving was struck by another vehicle. PSP said the crash happened at 10:03a.m. on State Route 49 in Harrison Township. Troopers said Robert C. Baldwin, 40, of Wellsville was eastbound when he was struck by an SUV. The other vehicle was operated by Hattiemae Coates, 77, of Ulysses. Troopers Coates pulled from a private drive onto the highway and struck Baldwin's vehicle. Neither driver was injured. Troopers charged Coates with vehicle entering or crossing roadway.
