Two men arrested on felony drug charges in Steuben County


PRESS RELEASE 

On September 6, 2019, members of the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET), Troop E uniform force and the Hornell Police Department conducted a narcotic investigation in the Town of Cameron, NY.         

Investigators seized approximately 3 ounces of methamphetamine, two rifles and approximately 1 gram of marijuana.    

As a result of the investigation, Frank Larkin, 37, of Rathbone, NY and Stephen Foltz, 40, of Addison, NY.  were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (class A felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree (Larkin Only) (class A misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (violation).   

Larkin and Foltz were arraigned at the Steuben County Jail and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail. The arrests resulted from an investigation conducted by the Hornell Police department and the New York State Police.
