Steuben County Sheriff's Blotter

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 8th, 2019, deputies arrested Sarah L. Radmore, age 30, of Wolf Run Road, Campbell, New York, following a traffic stop on Main Street in Campbell, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Radmore operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. It is further alleged that Ms. Radmore was previously convicted of Driving While Intoxicated within the past 10 years. Ms. Radmore was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18% blood alcohol content and failure to keep right. Ms. Radmore was released on traffic summons to appear in Campbell Town Court at a later date


Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 11th, 2019, deputies arrested Steven E. Wheeler, age 54, of Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, following a traffic stop on County Route 115 in the Town of Lindley, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Wheeler operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Mr. Wheeler was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, .18% or more alcohol in the blood, failure to keep right, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Mr. Wheeler released on traffic summons to appear in Lindley Town Court on a later date.

On September 9, 2019 deputies arrested Brandon L. Rawleigh, age 22, of State Route 63, Wayland, New York. Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on State Route 63 in the Town of Wayland, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Rawleigh operated a motor vehicle while his ability was impaired by drugs prior to the reported motor vehicle crash. Mr Rawleigh was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, consuming an alcoholic beverage while in the vehicle and moving from lane unsafely. Mr. Rawleigh was released on traffic summons to appear in the Town of Wayland Court at a later date.

On September 7, 2019 deputies arrested Amy M. Pickering, age 45, of Main Street, Addison, New York, following a traffic stop on I-86 westbound in Painted Post, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Pickering operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Ms. Pickering was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated .18% blood alcohol content or more and failure to maintain a single lane. Ms. Pickering was released on traffic summons to appear in Corning City Court on a later date.
