Potter County: Troopers investigate $4,100 pipe theft

Coudersport-based State Police are investigating a theft that was reported Friday from a work area located at 730 Pigeon Hill Road in West Branch Township. Officials from Gas Feild Specialist, Inc. from Shinglehouse reported that 2,000 feet of 4-inch PVC conduit was missing from an equipment site. The pipes were in so-foot segments. The pipe was valued at $4,147.
