Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Susan M. Jordan, age 62 of Bolivar, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check.  The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.  Jordan was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  He was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Angela M. Hicks, age 51 of Bolivar, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check.  The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.   Hicks was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  She was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Nathaniel A. Roeske, age 29 of Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, two counts of Failure to stop at a stop sign, two counts of Failure to comply with a lawful order, Moved from lane unsafely, Improper or unsafe turn without signal, Failure to keep right: 2 lane road, Speed in zone and Unregistered motor vehicle.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street and Williams Avenue on August 8th.  Roeske was located in Allentown by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and transported to Wellsville.  He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Roeske was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
