Wellsville Police arrested Robert B. Coad, age 46 of
Buffalo, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Unlicensed Operator,
Consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and Threw/Deposited Refuse/Etc. on
Highway. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Coad was processed and released. Coad is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Jacob J. Cunningham, age 19 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn
Avenue on March 19th. Cunningham was
processed and arraigned before Town of Bolivar Justice Kirnan. Cunningham was released and is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Roy W. Austin, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Resisting Arrest.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street on
August 15th. Austin was transported from
the Allegany County Jail and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village
Justice Walsh. Austin was returned to
the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Austin is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
