7/26/19 11:16am- During a traffic stop on Route 417 in the village of Bolivar, State Police arrested Justin J. Cowell, 29, of Olean. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of Marijuana (more than 25 grams).
7/27/19 4:12am- While investigating an incident in the town of Hume, State Police arrested LaQuintis T. Maxwell, 31, of Fillmore. He was charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury.
