Wellsville Police report that 16-year-old Hao Stephanie
Liang has been located by the New York City Police Department (NYPD). Liang was
reported as missing (runaway) from the Village of Wellsville in February of
2019 and was featured on an episode of LivePD.
Wellsville Police would like to thank everyone involved in locating
Liang.
