Wellsville Police arrested April M. Baldwin, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging her with Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place in April of 2019. Baldwin was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Baldwin was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
