A new food truck service will launch this week in Wellsville, just outside the village. Bub's Grub had sought village approval but announced today it will be setting up Tuesday at Worth Smith on the Andover Road in Wellsville. The operator's say "We’ll be doing cheese steak sandwiches and our signature “Wonder Tots.” The truck will operate from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 or 3 p.m.
