Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on June 8,
2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Albert N. Doxey, age 37 of
Portville, charging him with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an incident
that occurred in the Town of Wirt. Doxey was processed and issued an appearance
ticket directing him to the Town of Wirt Court on June 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on June
12, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremiah D. Edwards, age
27 of Wellsville, charging him with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st
Degree following an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Jail. Edwards
was processed and transported to the Town of Amity Court where he was arraigned
and sentenced to 30 days incarceration at the Allegany County Jail.
