Wellsville Police arrested Trebor A. McDonald, age 20 of Wellsville, charging him with 3 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th, 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Eaton Court in the Village of Wellsville. McDonald was processed and arraigned before Independence Town Court Justice Howe. McDonald was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 property bond. McDonald is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 p.m.
