WELLSVILLE - This annual community event brings friends and neighbors to the Terrace of the David A. Howe Library for an evening of fireworks, music, local food, and beer and wine tastings.
Tickets are available for $35 at several locations throughout Wellsville; Salon Visage, Trend Addictions, First Citizens Bank, Jones Memorial Hospital, and the Wellsville Area Chamber of Commerce.
