5/26/19 10am- State police investigated an ATV accident on County Road 41 in New Hudson. The operator was a 13-year-old boy from Batavia. Troopers said one person was hurt.
5/25/19 5:17pm- State police said one person was injured in an ATV accident in a field near Plum Bottom Road in the Town of Amity. The operator was identified as 27-year-old Alex A. Martin of Niagara Falls.
5/27/19 4:48am- During a traffic stop in Amity, state police arrested Malachi J. Pendleton, 25, of Scio. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content above .08% and illegal parking in a handicap space. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
