Wellsville Police charged Samuel T. Prescott, age 31 of
Wellsville with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified
misdemeanor), Unlicensed Operator and Operating a motor vehicle while using a
mobile phone. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Prescott was issued traffic citations and
released. Prescott is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 14th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (an unclassified
misdemeanor) and Unlicensed Operator for driving while his license was
suspended or revoked. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on Early Street in the Village of Wellsville. Finch was issued traffic citations and
released. Finch is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 28th at 4:30 p.m.
