Independence Police reports the arrest of Trina A. Nowakowski, 27, of Harrison Valley, PA. Nowakowski was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree. The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred April 24 on Main Street in Whitesville. Nowakowski was processed and released with appearance tickets returnable May 1, 2019 at 5p.m. at the Independence Town Court.
