Wellsville Police arrested James C. Lewis, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Pleasant Street in the Village of Wellsville. Lewis was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Lewis was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 cash
bail. He is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 p.m.
