Wellsville Police arrested Dario A. Taveras-Veras, age 64 of
Woodside, NY, charging him with DWI, Speed in Zone, No/Inadequate Lights and
Refusal to take a breath test. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Taveras-Veras was processed
and arraigned before Town of Willing Justice Guiney. Taveras-Veras was committed to the Allegany
County Jail on $250.00 cash bail or $250.00 Property Bond. Taveras-Veras is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on April 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
