Wellsville Police arrested Ashtin M. Gilliland, age 24 of
Portville, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Speed in
Zone. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on East Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Gilliland was processed issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Gilliland is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 23rd at
4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Ryan J. Harrison, age 16 of
Wellsville, charging him with three Counts of Criminal Sex Act 1st (Class B
Felony), one count of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and one count of Forcible
Touching. The charges stem from three
incidents that took place in the Village of Wellsville. Harrison was processed and arraigned in Allegany
County Court (Youth Part) before County Court Judge Parker. Harrison was released under the supervision
of the Allegany County Probation Department’s Pre-trial release program. Harrison is due back in Allegany County Court
on March 26th at 1:00 p.m. Further
Investigation is pending.

Wellsville Police arrested Cole M. Baldwin, age 23 of
Belmont, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument,
Operating a Motor Vehicle while Registration is Suspended/Revoked, Uninspected
Motor Vehicle and Failure to notify DMV of change of address. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Madison Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Baldwin was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Baldwin is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on April 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police issued a traffic citation to Dylan C.
Irvin, age 20 of Olean, charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd
(Unclassified Misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The charge stems from a traffic stop on West
Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Irvin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 23rd at 4:30
p.m.
