3/28/19 11:25pm- State police arrested Curtis K. Grooms, 48, of Belmont. He was charged by troopers with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was arrested on Peavy Road in the town of Allen. He will answer the charge in court at a later date.
3/28 11:17pm- State police arrested Raymond R. Tong, 57, of Addison. He was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt. He was detained for court action.
