3/22/19 10:45pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Caneadea, state police arrested Christopher W. Sims, 34, of Belmont. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana. Court action is pending.
