Wellsville Police arrested Jacob R. Graves, age 24 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more, Speed in Zone and failure to Keep Right. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the
Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville.
Graves was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Graves is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on February 26th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Chad M. Jordan, age 47 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more, Speed in Zone, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle
and Fail to notify DMV of change of address.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Seneca Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Jordan was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Jordan is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 26th at 4:30 p.m.
