Wellsville Police arrested a 17 year old Wellsville youth,
charging him with DWI, DWAI, Moved from Lane Unsafely, Unlicensed Operator,
Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Auto Accident and Operating a Motor
Vehicle after consuming alcohol under 21 years of age. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Howard Street and a subsequent vehicle stop near Island Park in the
Village of Wellsville. The youth was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. The youth is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 26th at 4:30 p.m.
