NY State Police Blotter

2/8/19 5:05pm- State police arrested Stephen T. Rainelli, 27, of Coalport, PA. He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property. The charged stems from an incident reported June 22, 2016 in the town of Andover.
2/8/19 5:30pm- State police arrested James L. Graham,49, and Helen R. Graham, 51, both of 156 reed Street in Richburg. There were each charged with five counts of torture/injure/not feeding an animal, four counts of neglecting an impounded animal and one count of not providing appropriate shelter for dogs.
2/8/19 1:01pm- State police arrested Jeremy D. Smith, 37, of Wellsville. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. Bail was set at $500.
2/7/19 10:52am- State police arrested Mark H. Ringelberg, 47, of Canaseraga. He was charged with harassment with physical contact.
2/7/19 4:45pm- During an investigation on Belfast, state police arrested a 17-year-old name-protected boy from Belle Harbor, NY. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance:one ounce or more of Cannabis. His bail was set at $10,000.
2/8/19 6pm: State police arrested Joseph W. Canner, 36, of painted Post. He was charged, according to the trooper's online blotter, with 1,042 counts of felony 1st degree falsifying business records and felony 2nd degree grand larceny involving property value over $50,000. He was held for court action.
2/8/19 12:52pm- State police arrested a name-protected 16-year-old boy from Addison. He was charged with two felony counts of 1st degree sexual abuse involving a victim under the age of 11.
