Amity-based state police on Monday arrested Ashley E. Pernicone,
24, of Fillmore, charging her with Grand Larceny and Falsely Reporting an
Incident. Community Bank, N.A. located in Fillmore originally reported an
incident on September 21, 2018. Troopers conducted a thorough investigation and
discovered Pernicone had allegedly falsely reported fraudulent charges on her
bank account, for which she received reimbursement from Community Bank, N.A. of
approximately $3,600. Pernicone was arrested and arraigned in Centerville Town
Court where she was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $500 bail
or $1,000 bond. She is due to appear in Hume Town Court in March.
