On Wednesday February 20th Canisteo Village
Police arrested Mychal W. Saxton, 37, of 26 Russell Street in Canisteo on an
arrest warrant for unlicensed operation, operating while registration suspended
and an exhaust violation. Saxton was arraigned in Canisteo Village Court and
released on his own recognizance to re-appear at a later date.

On Thursday February 21st the Canisteo Village Police
Department arrested Liberty S. Wilmoth, 33, of 3915 County Route 70 in Avoca,
New York on an arrest warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd
degree and a headlight violation. Wilmoth was issued an appearance ticket to
appear in Canisteo Village Court at a later date.
