Wellsville Police arrested Thomas M. Porchia, age 37 of
Wellsville, charging him with a Probation Violation. Porchia was located on Maple Avenue and taken
into custody. Porchia was turned over to
the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Town of Belfast
Court for arraignment.
