Wellsville Police arrested Justin JL Fisher, age 22 of
Bolivar, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
Fisher was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Fisher was released and is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on January 22nd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
City of Hornell Court, arrested Brian J. Goodrich, age 36 of Wellsville. Goodrich was turned over to the City of
Hornell Police Department. Goodrich was
due to be arraigned in the City of Hornell Court at a later time.

Wellsville Police arrested Sonya M. Bleau, age 30 of
Wellsville, charging her with a Probation Violation. Bleau was processed, and turned over to the
Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.
Bleau was due to be arraigned in the Town of Scio Court.

Wellsville Police arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 40 of
Wellsville, charging her with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on December 20th in the Village of Wellsville. Fauth was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Fauth is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court on January 15th at 4:30 p.m.
