12/14/18 10:52am- After receiving a fraud complaint filed December 6th, state police arrested Stephanie J. Moyer, 37, of Cuba. She was charged with felony 1st degree offering a false instrument for filing and misdemeanor welfare fraud. Court action is pending.
12/14/18 12:30pm- State police investigated a domestic/child abuse case in the town of New Hudson. As a result, Troopers arrested Thomas M. Homuth, 46, of Cuba. He was charged with three counts of menacing with a weapon, three counts of harassment with physical contact and a single count of endangering the welfare of a child. He was initially on $5,000 bail.
12/14/18 1:15pm- State police arrested Wei Huang, 51, of Swain. He was charged with trespass following a complaint in the town of Grove.
12/14/18 2:20am- During a traffic stop on Church Street in Scio, Troopers arrested Garold E. Murray, 36, of Wellsville. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation and refusal to take a breath test.
12/14/18 4:30am- State police arrested Jamie A. Morris, 40, of Hornell. She was stopped on County Road 13 in Burns and charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.
