NEWS RELEASE

Damien M. Mower, 27, Scottsburg, NY, was charged December 15, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp.  Mower will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Justin J. Peace, 23, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on December 14, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Stacey L. Baughman, 44, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on December 15, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Kayleigh R. Palma, 29, Conesus, NY, was charged December 15, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Bernard D. O’Grady, 21, Bloomfield, NY, was arrested December 14, charged with Grand Larceny 4^th Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, O’Grady was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.  O’Grady will reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Russell H. Maurer, 62, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct on December 17.  Maurer was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Priscilla M. Petrone, 28, Honeoye, NY, was arrested December 15, for Issuing a Bad Check and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Erin M. Ace, 23, Conesus, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on December 16, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Sparta Town Court on a later date.

Colton J. Oswald, 20, Wyoming, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Speeding on December 16.  Oswald will address charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Kelvin A. Delgado, 29, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp on December 16.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Delgado was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond.  Delgado will reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Krystopher C. Garrison, 20, Livonia, NY, was arrested December 18, charged with Criminal Contempt 1^st Degree and Harassment 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Garrison was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond. Garrison will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Dean A. Schaub, 28, Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Inadequate/No Exhaust on December 15, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date. 

Andrew S. Wood, 28, Bainbridge, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Inadequate/No Exhaust on December 16. Bainbridge was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

John T. Arend, Jr., 19, Lakeville, NY, was arrested November 25, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree and Failure to Keep Right.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Arend was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond.  Arend will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Tara R. McLoud, 21, Springwater, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree on Dedcember 18.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, McLoud was released on her own recognizance to address charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.

Matthew J. Gaudio, 30, Rochester, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on December 19, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Rodriguez Q. Delgado, 25, Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding on December 19, and was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Preston M. Gardner-Ruble, 28, Warsaw, NY, was arrested and charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence on December 19, and following LC-CAP arraignment was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.  Gardner-Ruble will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
