On December 16, 2018, SP Amity Troopers arrested Darrin J. Price, 41, of Hornell, NY for Welfare Fraud.
An investigation led Troopers to discover Price had allegedly filed false paperwork with Allegany County DSS, by which he obtained $369.00 of SNAP benefits to which he was not entitled.
Price was arrested and issued an appearance ticket in Belmont Village Court, where he is due to appear in January.
