Independence Police arrested Lakisha C. Pierce age 21 and a 17-year-old youth, both of Williamsport, PA, charging both with petit larceny. The charges stem from an incident that took place at the Whitesville Central School in the town of Independence. Both were processed and released with appearance tickets returnable in town of Independence court on December 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
