On November 16th, 2018 at approximately 2:00 a.m. following a traffic stop in the Town of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Aaron Woloszyn, 43, of Lancaster New York. Woloszyn was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane (violation), driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor) and operating a motor vehicle with more than .08% blood alcohol content. Woloszyn was processed and released to a third party to appear at a later date. Woloszyn is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
