10/10/18 12:42pm- After investigating a child abuse complaint in the town of Wellsville filed October 4th, state police arrested Dale L. Shelley, 38, of Wellsville. Troopers charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment with physical contact. Court action is pending.
10/9/18 4pm- State police arrested a 16-year-old Bolivar boy, charging him with forcible touching. The alleged crime occurred in the town of Wellsville on September 29th.
10/9/18 1:35pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the town of Grove, state police arrested Daryl P. LaMoy, 47, of west Seneca. He was charged by troopers with 3rd degree assault and felony 2nd degree strangulation. He was released on his own recognizance. The incident occurred September 8th.
10/10/18 1:34am- State police arrested two men after receiving a burglary complaint in the town of Scio. Troopers charged Terry L. Kendall, 28, of Jamestown with felony 2nd degree residential burglary. Police also arrested Kenneth E. Kendall, 49, also of Jamestown. He was charged with felony 2nd degree residential burglary, felony possession of stimulants and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon. Both were detained.
