Felony drug charges filed against Bolivar man following extensive investigation

As a result of a joint narcotics investigation conducted by The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force - Olean Office, New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), Wellsville Police Department and the New York State Police Amity Barracks, Matthew Fenti, 32, of Bolivar was arrested on an Allegany County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant. Fenti was charged with three counts each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Fenti was processed by the New York State Police and committed to Allegany County Jail to await further court proceedings. The arrest was the result of a lengthy investigation into the illegal sales of prescription pills and cocaine in the Wellsville and Bolivar areas.
