arraignment, Holly was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,000

Dansville, NY, was charged with Unlawfully Permitting Animals to Roam on August
19 and August 23, and was issued appearance tickets to address charges in
Springwater Town Court on a later date.
Ashley M. Coen, 31, Angelica,
NY, was arrested August 16, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th Degree.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Coen was released on her own recognizance
and will appear in answer to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Brian J. Treusdell, 37, Belfast,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th Degree, Criminal Impersonation and Criminal Possession of a
Hypodermic Instrument on August 16.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Treusdell was ordered held in the custody
of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond. Treusdell will reply to charges in Avon Town
