Arrest for vehicular manslaughter made in hit-and-run fatal after Jason Aldean concert at Darien Lake

DARIEN — A Chautauqua County woman has been charged with felony vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident for the death of the Utica-area teen who was struck and killed after the Jason Aldean concert at Darien Lake early Sunday.
Genesee County Sheriff Deputies charged Jennifer L. Serrano, 48, of Charles Street, Irvin with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a personal injury.
Deputies said the vehicle was seized during a search warrant early Sunday in Amherst.
Serrano was arraigned in Darien Town Court and sent to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Connor Lynskey, 18, of Cady Road, Hinkley (north of Utica) was pronounced dead at the scene by Genesee County Coroner Karen Lang. Read more...
