Wellsville Police arrested James N. Zielinski, age 36 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Trespass 2nd and Criminal Mischief
4th. The charges stem from two incidents
that took place on North Main Street in the Village. Zielinski was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Zielinski was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
