Following a report from a concerned citizen, Cuba Police arrested Stephanie Battistoni, 45, of Cuba on July 23rd at approximately 7:30 p.m. Battistoni was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor) following an incident called in by a citizen. Battistoni was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cuba Court at a later date. Battistoni is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
