Wellsville Police arrested David A. Wong, age 47 of Andover,
charging him with DWI and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village. Wong was
processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Wong was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on May 22nd at 4:30 p.m.
