On Thursday state police arrested Patrick S. McCullough, age
25, and Diana R. Lake, age 21, both of Winfield, Kansas for felony grand larceny
3rd. According to Investigator Thomas J Khork, on May 19, 2018, at
approximately 8 p.m., Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle larceny from
the village of Arkport. BCI
Investigators from the Bath and Cortlandt stations determined that McCullough
and Lake allegedly stole the vehicle from Arkport and drove it to Mohegan Lake,
(Westchester County) N.Y. where they were arrested. On Thursday, Lake and McCullough were
transported to the Bath barracks for processing, and were subsequently
arraigned in the town of Urbana Court.
Both were remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail.
